If you need your memories video for a special event, please enter the date in the form below.   A deposit is required for ½ the cost, payable by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.  Your deposit will reserve time to have your video made.  It will also advise us your order is on its way. The balance due will be charged after preparation of your film and prior to processing. An e-mail confirmation/receipt will be sent to you when the balance is charged.

I'm taking advantage of the 20% Off by sending my old transfer job to be re-done. (Requires VHS tape, DVD, or miniDV from other company sent with your order - Discount will be applied at time of billing.

I'd like to borrow the firewire external hard drive for 14 days to move my films into the computer. ($200 required deposit will not be charged unless unit is not returned within the 14-day allotted time - funds will be authorized only upon completion of order).

Firewire formats include Raw DV (.dv), AVI Type 1, AVI Type 2 or AVI Type 2C (specifically for Canopus DVStorm and DV Raptor users), Matrox AVI, QuickTime (.mov) or Avid DV OMF. Please specify in the 'Instructions' Box.I'll be using my own external firewire hard drive which will be included with my film. (No additional charge)
